Help please, has anyone successfully been through a Tupe process?

So we lost an account at my current agency. I don't necessarily want to Tupe over not on my current title or pay, I was basically told if we had won the account I would have been promoted! The client would like me to Tupe over.

Is there any way to negotiate with the new company you think? I am actually looking for other jobs too. But not a great time to be looking, and want to avoid Tupe under my current contract.

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!
