I was in the same position. I chose to start looking for jobs. I also got my PHR.. paid for by the company a few months before I left. Take this time to build yourself up and start getting out.
In the meantime, self care. You have the knowledge and you know what you’re doing. Don’t let someone’s inability to see your worth make you devalue yourself.
Always go where you are appreciated and your opinions are respected. No one needs to be devalued. Get your resume together and start looking.

I'm in the same position. No one ever told me that working in a founder/CEO company involved whatever the CEO says. I'm doing my best to document, but facts don't seem to matter here. Update your resume and be diligent about moving on…you can't help someone who doesn't want help. I believe this is a lesson I needed to learn, but it's been hard.
