Hey All.. I joined BNY Mellon Pershing on Aug 2023.. Received Partial Met Expectation for Result Based Goal, Exceeds Expectation for Values & Behaviours and Met Expectation for the two Corporate Goals.. I was informed by my manager the overall rating would Met Met Expectations and there is a 7 scale overall rating at BNY Mellon.. But I cannot see my overall rating anywhere in the system.. Is my manager right with this claim and how much % will be my hike & bonus?

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?

My wife recently put in her two weeks and half the people she worked with are just ignoring her messages. They asked to work longer but bc of her new company she cant. Shes moving for about 60% more pay from external audit to senior accounting. Shes extremely sad and im confused why these firms are so uptight about this. She is giving them an additional 4 days which she wanted to use on vacation. Did she do something wrong?

I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. Felt so on edge and low on emotional resources for over a week that I wasn’t myself and apparently really rubbed a few people the wrong way so I was called in for a talking to 😣.
