Is there any job security in Wipro?

Currently I am working in HCL and here no job pressure like central government job and in hcl I am working from last 6 years.

Now I have Wipro offer with 15LPA and my total experience 7 years .

I am technically not enough strong. What should I do ? I will join WIPRO or not ?

I have 5+ years of experience and having 3 offers

1. Infosys -9.5 lpa
2. Wipro - 12.0 lpa
3. Mphasis -13.0 lpa

If I consider salary as secondry criteria ,Which one I should choose so that I wouldn't regret later. Please suggest ?
