Hey all, is anyone familiar with Fidelity Investments’ change management practice? I saw some job listings recently for their change management positions and was curious about the work culture and expected compensation range for someone with 10+ YOE.

Coming from a family of immigrants and being one yourself, does anyone ever feel a sense of guilt with your success/salary versus your family members? If so, how have you dealt with this? Any suggestions on how to deal with it internally and emotionally?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.

4th year at a mid size PI firm. Got pulled from litigating MVAs to help this solo we hired start a med Mal/nursing home practice. 1 year in and it looks like I’m two steps backwards in terms of getting paid because we’re a year or more out from a lot of the fees hitting. I want to ask for a 20%raise, knowing that the company is planning the year budget around now should I give my manager a heads up as to what I’m expecting before my salary review? I got a 0.6% raise at the start of 2020 and a 4% in April this year.
