I want WFH to extend it for a few more months but I'm not vaccinated but they are forcing me to take it to come to office for work. Can anyone help me in this to extend my WFH culture plz.

What is the dollar amount you're willing to take more to go back to 5 days a week, 8 to 5 in office?
1. From fully remote job / position / condition
2. From 2 days in 3 days remote condition / position / job

$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Love the intellectual variety, smart colleagues, flexibility (WFH has let me take occasional 2-3h windows during the day for personal activities) - can’t take the stress anymore. Are WFH industry roles at the $300-500k TC level really that much less stressful?
