Hey everyone, I am expecting PERM to get approved in August of 2026. and plan to do Premium processing for I-140. So I can really leave the firm only after 6 months which is sometime in June/July of 2027. I am already underpaid by 15-20k$ and if I dont get a good raise this summer, is it advisable to get an offer and see if my firm will match it? If they do match it, does that cause any problems with the PERM/I-140 process since wage is different? Pretty sure firm should match as they need ppl

We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. Transactional associate. Lateraled 6 months ago and one of the biggest pain points has been my new firm’s inclination to “hop on a call”, which of course requires every single stakeholder to join.
