I’m a fresher, and I’ve just received an offer from Oracle Financial Services (OFSS) for an Associate Consultant role, which will be my first full-time job after my internship at an MNC.

I’m excited but also thinking about switching to an SDE or DevOps role in the next 2–3 years. I’m looking for advice on:
1. What to Prep?
2. Which Companies to Target?
3. How to Make the Switch?

Just received an offer with expected / standard salary for role but no signing or relocation bonus. They know I don’t have any other offers which is why I assume they didn’t offer any signing bonus - do I have any chance of getting one without “leverage”?
