Cushman & Wakefield Interested in a Sales Associate position at Cushman & Wakefield. I have experience as a government analyst for 7 years but nothing related to commercial real estate. I want to become a more competitive applicant but not sure where to start. Are there any certificates, skills, or knowledge that I should be learning in my free time?

Will be taking exam at the end of the month. Currently working for a firm focused on procurement. Projects consist of P2P tech implementations and sourcing. In my opinion, unless you plan to transition to an industry role or are in a pure supply chain consulting role, I find the total cost for the CSCP hard to justify. If I could do it again, I would have pursued a lean six sigma green belt or expanded my skills in python. My degree is in SCM; the CSCP feels like a surface level review of topics I learned in college.
