Is it a good Idea to inform my boss that I'm looking for other opportunities

I am working for a client in infosys and the project is in initial stage and the go live is somewhere in January.

Now the thing is this project has lot of toxic people from client team and they play blame games on daily basis.

I am working as a team lead here and want to get deallocated from this project.

Welp! Finally got the axe today too. I didn’t even get to talk to my manager. One of the execs I support told me he’s very sorry and I was great, etc etc, but it couldn’t be avoided. Whatever. I kind of never want to work again. I’m heartbroken.

I'm lateraling to another firm because frankly I think the management of this one is terrible, but the people (and individual partners) I actually work with are awesome. I've only been here for about 18 months, so I imagine that short time frame will make it extra awkward 😬

Completely and totally miserable at my firm and just need a space to vent because my friends are tired of hearing about it. I wish the worst part about it was the amount of work, rather than the completely toxic culture, lack of appreciation, arbitrary and back/breaking deadlines, lack of mentorship/feedback/training, and the fact that the associates act like they don’t even know each other. Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.
