How much can I expect as ctc. I am expecting 16.5 which is little less than 40%. But I also got to know from the Manager that highest they can go is 15 lacs. Pour in your comments

Variable: 2.5Lpa. Joining bonus: 1 lakh
Total 20.5LPA +1

I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call. Is this the same company right who wants there employees to serve a stict 90 days notice period. Immediate joiner ka toh suna tha but immediate interview ka scene hai. HR told me that all the documents are fine and forwarding my profile further. But still experience letter/relieving letter section showing Pending for verification. Also still didn't get any update regarding salary discussion call/offer letter etc. don’t know what to do now !
