I have worked mainly in the Community Mental Health and the VA Health systems, hence my fatigue. If someone got an offer from DXC but currently is working in Accenture in level 10 with 6 years of experience, shall they switch or stick with Accenture? Its only been 6 months with Accenture though.

Recently I got a call from my Manager and HR that I got nominated for PGDM program from SIBM Pune.
There is a clause of total 3 years ( 2 Yr PGDM + 1 Yr Extra).

Company is promising a good career progression after MBA.

Right now, I am working as a Consultant and have 3.6+ Yrs of experience in Oracle CX domain, CTC 8LPA. Started my career as an Analyst (A4) in this company only.

Let me know if I should go ahead with MBA or change the firm.

As a SCM professional, I'm searching jobs for a year now with no success. I'm even ready to accept a low-ball salary offer/ pay cut due to personal reasons, but nah!
It hurts even more after successfully clearing interviews and then get ghosted by recruiters.
