I am working as analyst in kgs consulting team with total 5 years of exp. I have got an offer letter from accenture with 10lpa + variable. The role is of senior analyst in technology side.
My current compensation is 6.5 and manager ia saying that they will promote and increse my salary.
What should i do? Please suggest.

1st yr at a nyc v50 firm doing general transactional work. I know the lateral market for transactional lawyers is hot but not as hot for juniors. I just want a change of scenery because my current firm is bleeding good associates / not giving great training imo / and just seems small. Would lateralling this early feasible? Since there is a heavy impetus on solving Tree, LinkedList, and Graph problems for tech interviews, it can naturally make freshers believe that these concepts will be used in day-to-day life at work. In reality, most of these DSA concepts are already implemented in some libraries our code uses and we rarely have to code such Algorithms by hand.
