When should a stub start getting worried about not having much work and low billable hours?
I’ve asked for work but no luck. I know they say this is normal for a stub but when should I start getting worried and consider looking for exit options? Has anyone here renegotiated their salary after a short time being in a role? I accepted a position and I like what I do but I realize that the workload requires a lot to see success and I feel a bit burned out already with my 40 hours/week and occasional extra 30 minutes to an hour a day.

I got a call from EY HR a couple of days back stating that I have cleared all the rounds and enquired about the expectations.

Post which it has been two days...now I enquired about the update on the next steps. No response and even not answering the call.

Does this mean that even after going through a gruelling process of interviews they now see the salary bracket fitment and rejected my candidature?
