I was terminated since I had a backlog, but I had more than 8 months of experience under a consultancy. Now they are not issuing me with the experience letter. I have completed my exams and waiting for results. I'm not sure how to move things further, and even If I clear the exams, how would the next company accept the termination with the hiring process.

Any suggestions on how to proceed further ?

Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill

In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities

The Job requirement says its Entry Level, but the experience it requires is always 6 year+... like how would a fresher match that.. should I've started coding at 6th grade or what?
