So recently I got an offer to join with TekPyramid in Bangalore. The thing is that they'll train me for two months in Java tech stack and in these two months I won't be getting paid. The salary comes after deployment with any client.

Does anyone know if TekPyramid is a good company and wether I should take this opportunity? At this moment I don't hold any other offer and I've been looking for jobs since November 2022

I am having 8.7 YOE JAVA Backend developer and having offer from Nagarro now.
So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.

Just say NO, Sorry your skills are not a match, don't ignore. You were also candidates once.

Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.
