What is the pay range for band 8 in IBM ISL? What type of role will be given for this band in general? What are the perks IBM ISL provides for Band 8?

I have about 10yrs of customers service experience. I'm looking for work, but I'm always getting minimum wage for this position. Should I change career path? Or is there a job for customer service that actually pays well.

Got another offer letter of 18.5LPA from Intelliswift, 17.5LPA from Capgemini and probably will get 19.5 LPA from Telus international as well.
Am I getting less from Mindtree?? Can Mindtree increase the offer letter? Please suggest..
