What's the salary band for a Data Analyst at UHG/ Optum?

What is a reasonable salary/comp expectation for a startup who has $20-25m funding and 50 employees? Had a 1st round interview and they also mentioned equity options, but nothing in detail. Role would be UX Engineer, 4-5 YOE.

Is it common to negotiate software engineer salary at smaller companies? I know it’s common at FAANG, but what about for companies with around 200 engineers? I have a counter offer from my current company and on-site interviews scheduled for end of July with google and Amazon, but I’d prefer to go with the smaller local company if I can negotiate the salary (from offer letter) up another 5% or so.

I started working as a consultant with EY 8 months ago. Even though I'm content and learning a lot there, I think there are places where I might easily earn more money.
