I’m 5 yoe. Got offer from opstree and Vois for cloud devops. Vois seems much more relaxed wlb. But opstree has learning curve but is service based and work depends on the client. So want to know which is better. Both similar package.

Hello Guys, I've recently got an offer from Nokia for Senior business analyst role and CTC is 25.5 lpa (22.5 FP+ 3 vo). I've got 9 yoe as a BA. Do you feel it's a good offer?

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
