Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?
