• Been retained successfully by leadership?

I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. Can anyone please confirm if there is such rule that within notice period Night shift allowance goes on hold and will be paid in FnF. Or should I raise this concern with my manager.

Can anyone please help me here.
I have made my tax payment in July 2022 but yesterday (15 Nov 2022) I receive an email that tax payment is due for assessment year 2022-23

I called to help desk and he advised to raise rectification request from Tax portal and update the challan number. I tried to raise request but need to upload some XML or json file there. I am not sure how to upload or modify that file.

Does anyone know what steps need to follow as I already made my tax payment.

Thoughts on a HYSA vs Vanguard Money Market Fund. Most HYSA are at ~1% and Vanguard MMF is at 1.3%. Should I park my money in a MMF long term, even when banks raise their interest rates?

I'm in finance/tech FPA, looking to go back to the defense industry for a 25% increase in TC. But wanted to see if I should leverage the new salary with current company to see if they'll match.

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?

Hoping for promo in about a year with ~30% raise. How long would I need to stay at the firm, after raise, to be able to get more money in a lateral move to another firm?

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role.
