My years of experience is around 6-7 years now.

Base: 37 LPA
Stocks of around: 60-70 USD
Joining Bonus: Around 5-6 lacs

Is it a good offer to join or should I ask for more?

Anyone looking at traveling to Costa Rica? They have a list of states from which they will admit tourists while also requiring a negative covid test, health history, etc. As someone not on the approved list, I am bitter and curious why the population is grouped at a state level when there are massively different rates of infection within each state (not to mention personal responsibility) and you are already required to present a negative test.
