The HR told me to talk to my manager and the HR will take the approval. The HR told me the tentative date of Joining. However, I have not resigned from my current company yet. Lets say if I get offer letter just befor the tentative date, will they extent my date of joining( because I will only resign once I get the offer). My notice period is 3 months.

Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.
