CCB LOB hikes and bonus...input please
So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

I know both the organizations, but this depends on tech. What is your tech? That will clear things out. Also YOE.
Based on your skill set and YOE below are things you can consider:
1)For the MERN stack in EPAM, you will have a good number of projects and learning will be good, WLB will not be good.
2) For the same Tech Stack in IQVIA, WLB will be good but not as much learning as EPAM. Hikes also will be less than EPAM.
3) MERN in EPAM might fetch you onsite. Literally no chance of onsite in IQVIA.
4) Both the companies have been having layoffs regularly, EPAM seems more stable comparatively.
5) You will get skilled colleagues more in EPAM.
Now you decide what you need.
