Hey folks, I recently got selected for a Salesforce Consultant role at Deloitte USI. They offered me a Fixed Term Hire (FTH) contract for one year with a 15 LPA package. They mentioned that if my performance is good, they might convert it into a full-time role.

Currently, I’m working at Accenture as a full-time employee with an 8 LPA packageof 3.6yoe . I’m a bit confused about whether I should take this offer. Any advice?
