HCL people want to conduct the Cleint round before releasing the offer letter.

I have already received selection email from HCL but not the offer letter yet, it's 25 days.

What should I do, should I give client round before taking offer?

1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?

Is upgrading of ECC to S4 Hana in my hands ? And the difference is really that vast ?

Although the team has asked me to invest some time in learning Java but I’m skeptical about all of this as the position is Data Engineer II so not sure how the expectations will change. Even if I invest time in learning Java I can be at a beginner level.
