Went on a bachelorette trip where the maid of honor was very anal, she made us do bi-monthly check ins with slides/agenda/itinerary since last year. I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.
