Do I get laptop on first day? How long does it takes to get done with the onboarding process? If project is not allocated (it is mentioned something American insurance on offer letter but not sure) then can I go to the hometown skipping 2days WFO?Joining is at so weird time its confusing😞

Can anyone tell me about which pharma/health companies OR agencies have great WFH/remote/flex policies? I feel like Glassdoor and Indeed don't highlight that enough when it's one of the things I care about the most.

I have my joining in Oracle Financial Services Software on September 4th week.
Can anyone please let me know if WFH is still going on in OFSS and there is no need to go to office? Or if it is WFO at OFSS?
Also my marriage is in December.
Hence after joining OFSS in September is it ok to take marriage leaves in December?

How are 1st year litigation associates dealing with WFH? I’ve been having terrible anxiety/panic attacks, and pretty sure my billables wont exceed 110 for April. I’ve been super stressed about it and don’t know how to move on to May with the proper mindset to make up for as much time missed as possible. CA courts are still closed, and I’m worried I won’t be able to exceed (or even meet) my May goal after April.

I'm looking at applying to MBB (Preferably BCG) for a summer internship this summer. I'm a first-gen Oxbridge student, and while I have little experience in consulting along the lines of MBB, I did work in the city last summer as an sustainability consultant.

I'm curious how important it is to have a referral etc and what you'd recommend for applications opening in jan. Any advice is super appreciated I don't have any connections to the industry but it's something im interested in. 

Any tips for someone entering the process? How do I pick a lawyer? Do I try to agree with spouse on terms before finding lawyer? Have material assets accumulated during marriage.

I have not been brought up religious but I am beginning to think, I’d like to have faith in something.
