I'm a product Designer with 2.6 years of experience in a USA based startup, there I used to only work remotely like 2 to 3 hours a day and still used to get 3.6LPA now I accepted an offer letter from an agency they are offering me around 7 Lpa but its hybrid and sometimes I have to work more than 9 hours a days and also the office location is 1 hour train distance from my location, Can you guys tell me is it a good opportunity or not? ( the role is UI UX. Designer here)
