How’s the work culture & growth if you’re working on JPMC through a vendor?

Any must-know survival tips for night shifts & this process in general?

And big one, does this experience actually help when trying to move into JP Morgan directly later?

HCL offered 23LPA(10% variable).
YOE : 10.6 years.
