Hey guys, I gave a Karat based interview on 12th October, and had my L1 round with an AVP on 17th October. Since then there is no update. Should I contact the HR or wait, because I can see that they delay a lot.

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.


Anyone please advise.

Before taking resignation they were saying will get letter in 2 days max, now Delay in offer letter even after more than month from the day I took my resignation back.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
