Hey guys, I have cleared 2 internal rounds and one client round as well. I was told offer would be released on the same day of client interview but by the end of day they suddenly asked me to wait few more days. What is the recruitment process here ? Can I still expect them to release an offer ?

How long does it take to prepare a job description? I left EY for a position in the industry and my firm ended up using EY Law.... anyway, it’s been 4.5 months since we kicked off the process and EY Law has been sitting on job description. Any thoughts?
