Hello Everyone, I have received the offer letter from Nielseniq without joining date and details of the notice period or probation. It's just a consent letter and a code of conduct with the salary break up.
I asked HR about the same as my joining is near and still no joining date mentioned but not getting any response.

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. Hi Guys. I have 07 years of experience now out of which 02 years is with consulting. I have not got any raise since I have joined and current CTC is 8LPA. I feel demotivated as I am not paid as per market trend. Recently got put on PIP.
