Wwyd if you were me: we have more cash than we need in savings account (not a ton more, but more than our usual emergency / buffer). Have $20k left on car loan at 3.5%. Normal I’d invest the extra cash and keep loans. But with markets and inflation as they are, should I just pay the loan off?

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. What level and service line were you at the big 4, and what percent salary increase did you get once you left? I’m a S1>S2, and the offers I’m seeing are around 10%-15% higher, which feels a little low. But maybe I’m being unrealistic.
