I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

Currently making 125k salary with 10k bonus at essentially an assistant controller role. Client wants to hire me and is asking for my compensation range. What is the market rate for an assistant controller in a large private company? They are really really wanting to hire me and willing to pay a little more. They floated around 150k last time we spoke but is there potential to ask for more?

What did you as a data analyst make 3 years out of college?

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). Can I just vent on how annoyed I am with the increase in “priority boarding” of people that are able bodied? I am happy to let them on first. But I think they should get off last. 1. I work for TCS and serving notice period. (3 yrs exp / 2 more weeks left in NP)
2. I got offer from Accenture (Role: Technology Consultant Analyst /17 lak) and IBM (Role: Business Analyst / 13 lak).
3. Now in TCS they are retaining me to travel on-site early next year mostly Jan or Feb. (Just a verbal communication by a trustful manager).

I got an offer from Luxoft(DXC Technology) and EY GDS for Senior Test Engineer position. CTC are same in both organization. EY GDSprovides yearly performance bonus but Luxoft doesn't give.
As Luxoft has good opportunities in terms of onsite and variety of projects where EY I am not sure about it.
Please suggest where I can join from both these companies.
