1. I work for TCS and serving notice period. (3 yrs exp / 2 more weeks left in NP)
2. I got offer from Accenture (Role: Technology Consultant Analyst /17 lak) and IBM (Role: Business Analyst / 13 lak).
3. Now in TCS they are retaining me to travel on-site early next year mostly Jan or Feb. (Just a verbal communication by a trustful manager).
Can you please guide me here PLS ?

What is Post Joining BGV process in HCL?

My pre-joining BGV shows completed on discovery portal but I don't see any link on Discovery Portal for post joining BGV process where I can upload docs or see the progress?

Do they use same data which was provided pre-joininig or i need to submit details again after joining?

Could anyone from Bain’s London office provide any insight into how much travel was typically involved (Pre-COVID)?
Also, how do you see the split of WFH/office/client site be going forward?
