Confused right now which to choose also been listening about recession and bear market so job security is also a crucial point in making a decision.

I have got an offer letter from cognizant which is having the compensation of 10.2LPA. Now I have got another offer from LTI and the compensation is 11LPA. But I need to join COGNIZANT. Is there any chance for changing the compensation again in cognizant? Will they be able to change the compensation again? Is it so then how to approach them. Kindly provide your valuable information.

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . 2.once you resign do cognizant retain its employees and if yes how much do they offer?

If we are in the red zone and failed both the sme interviews is what it meant performance exit or we will still be considered for an FTE? I have heard that people with both the sme failures are still pulled in the projects and are full time! Should we be in a hope or look out for other jobs?
