I (6.5 years of experience) got fair offer of 20lpa as SD3 in Comcast.
Now Tata Consultancy offers around 19lpa (majority will be allowance) and additionally they are offering Europe on-site (confirmed) atleast 2 years.

My expectation is good tech-stack and reasonable take home salary.

How about Comcast in terms of learning ?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!
