I grew up as a poor immigrant too.. you deserve to celebrate and be proud of your accomplishment.. hell I nearly cried when I was first offered 70k years ago. Take your parents out for a nice dinner to celebrate. Trust me when I say your success is all they need to make it worthwhile, that's why they brought you here. You deserve it.

Congratulations! I’m also 1st gen immigrant and I’ve gone through the same feeling(s). Fight the imposter syndrome, you are where you are because you’re supposed to, you earned it. This is exactly what your parents wanted for you, to not have to struggle like they did. I can assure you they are proud of you. Do something 1:1 with them for their birthdays, offer to pay for that nice new grill they’ve always had an eye on but instead got a 2nd hand one or from Walmart because it’s all they could afford at the time. And don’t forget to get involved and give back to your community. Mentor a young girl or boy in high school, they’ve gone through a crazy experience with COVID and really appreciate when someone “successful” (means something different to everyone but you know in the mind of a high schooler, you are successful) will take time to talk to them. Congratulations! OP, you honestly made my day. I immigrated two and half years back, still trying to be on my feet. Grinding but one day would like to acheive a humongous feat like this. You inspired me, today. Thank you, OP.
What group are you in and are you a JD? 150K seems really good for someone with 4YOE. Also, are you going to another big4 or industry?
Don't forget to max out your 401k, treat yourself and your parents. Congratulations. Maxing out the 401k should allow you to take home $7k a month - that's plenty to work with.
$150k - $20,500 (401k) - HSA - federal tax - state tax (assuming single) should get you to 7k a month.
You have earned it. Fight the imposter syndrome. You are breaking the cycle. Remember to do something nice for your parents. Let them know their sacrifice is paying off...all the best with the role and more wins in the future...

I'm in the same shoes as you, I'm making nearly double of the max of what my parents have been making since they immigrated here and nothing feels more foreign than all this money I don't have experience with.

Be proud of your achievements - you've earned it and deserve it. Think about all the nice things you can do with the money for yourself and also for others you care about if you want to. I grew up in a poor background and still know the value of money (over 20 years later) and what it can do, so I never take it for granted, but I know earn every last $ and so I enjoy it.

Congrats! This an opportunity that you have gained by the sacrifice of your family. I myself and the first in my family that have earned six figures and as a way, I’ve told my parents to stop working, gave them my credit cards and manage all of their expenses. The more you make the prouder you can make your parents and family. It’s such a rewarding feeling coming from an immigrant myself

Depending on where you live, it’s not thattt much especially with inflation and the housing market. It’s also a great opportunity to save more.

I totally understand where you're coming from - I'm making more than my mother is at the end of her career as a chemist and it's Very Surreal.
Try not to let it affect your sense of self worth, for me this was coupled with some very real imposter syndrome that took years to let go of. I still sometimes feel like I have to justify my existence.
Try to let it keep you humble and appreciate/be grateful for your opportunities but trust that if you're making that money you're EARNING that money. Your employer isn't doing you a favor, your time and skills bring them value.
Edit to add: financial literacy really wasn't discussed with any real transparency or anything in our home, if you feel insecure about managing your income start reading. Also lifestyle creep is real and real hard to walk back, earner beware.
