I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. Any best tips/ step by step practices to grooming a product roadmap? I inherited one and it’s been difficult grooming it. Also a new PM. Do I start by looking at epics’ urgency and then dependencies?
