My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Unless the 3rd job is at Lumon Industries, stick with the other two.
WK is 100% correct. This will not end well. Juggling a third that is onsite practically guarantees you’ll lose the other 2… if not all 3.
I’ve juggled up to 4 but they were all WFH and that was insanely hard. Being onsite is a recipe for disaster.
Every sentence of this post gets more and more insane
OP is full of shit, trying to make others feel bad about not having a job
I can help with the blurred lines bit. Stop smoking crack.

If you have to ask how you're going to do it, you can't do it.
Are people really working 2+ full time jobs? Are we talking like full-time salary jobs that you’re doing like a regular work week? Or are these contract jobs? I feel like I work with people who are constantly mia so I’m curious if this is common now.
happened to me! at first they reported into two different managers and would just say they were working on on this acct vs that acct and that's why things didn't get done. then i changed reporting structure and it was obvious they were just mia for no reason. . . we eventually let them go. if you're ever curious, a good way to double check is if they have signed up for health insurance (ESPECIALLY if they are single and over 26). no one in america would opt out of employer sponsored healthcare unless they already have it through another gig. you live and learn i guess. i definitely will never make that mistake as a hiring manager/team lead again
All this is really telling me is that the 3 jobs you have are at unserious places.
I hope you have a warranty. I would take it to get checked before it gets worse. Mine completely messed up on a day I had a lot to design and I decided to get a new one. A few lines became a flashing screen that doubled and was in full lines.
Give one job to me and we can split the cheque
