Hey, I recently completed all 3 rounds of interview and suddenly the position disappeared from the workday portal but it shows that my application is still under process. It's been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and followed up weekly but no response from HR neither picking calls nor responding over email.

Seems like I have been ghosted but is there any chance.

Would this be a bad time to switch positions for the purposes of career progression and higher compensation? My current position seems stable but no room for growth and also a disorganized mess, not a very mature legal department.
