What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. Currently I work for a small company that does the construction of small cell utility poles and roof top sites for the major cell carriers like VZW, T-mobile, AT&T and so on. I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.

I have an offer with 12 LPA as a SA -QA1 as OMS QA (Functional) ; I don't have much experience in automation, mostly I have worked on functional/buisness part of testing ; can anyone let me know what is the future for a tester in PS ? will the resources gets projects , or not with this kind of profile
