Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

I might be very lucky that I didn’t join Google before the summer as I’m not stressed about potential layoffs… but on the other hand i do feel unlucky to finally fulfill my dream and make it through the recruitment process, only to get stuck in the team-matching stage. And then the freeze.. how long can people stay on the list until they get hired? Or does your place on the list ever expire?Google

Everyone will say 1 page....but i will disagree, sometimes. .. I think it depends on what's on there, if its good solid applicable content, leave it on there if you want. I have, and it hasnt stopped me
I find even a good professional thumbnail pic can help too, as long as it makes you look sharp and not vise versa...most people will say dont do this
Id say it depends on your experience level. Entry level to about 5 yrs id say 1 page. 2 pages for more. Im personally at 3 but should pare it down to 2.
I try to keep mine to 1 page of relevant work history but if you have enough to fill 2 pages then go for it. I've reviewed 2 page resumes that had no business being 2 pages and that was a negative factor.
I consider the resume to be like a line card of your skills and accomplishments. It's enough to grab attention and get them to get you talking about those skills in the context the hiring manager wants. Then again, it seems some places lean a bit too heavily on "productivity technology" and miss a number of good candidates due to keywords missing or formatting which doesn't fit with whatever format their algorithm expects. Who knows anymore
I agree with Boing1 above. Everyone will tell you to keep it to one page but I find that to be nearly impossible. I always say no more than two pages. You definitely have to keep it to two pages but I think that is fine.
