Consulting bowl I need your advice tonight. 5 YOE in corp finance (industry). Just got an offer for different finance (still industry) role - 50% raise to $165K TC plus two additional direct reports to me. Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research.
