BANANA REPUBLIC?! oh you got moneyyyyyy
There's a thing called banana republic factory and I use aftepay
A little more on the $$ side: Theory, Veronica Beard, Staud, Sezane, Favorite Daughter
Mm lafleur is nice!
I also used this one that's going around my school, and they've been helpful in helping me build a my wardrobe with what I already have. I liked the “gap analysis” of my clothes with a stylist.
My only complaint is that they're kinda slow on turnaround time. It’s called cellocloset.online
Express! Great quality, lasts forever. I am still wearing shirts I bought 7 years ago
I see a few people have recommended it so want to caution that my MM Lafleur clothes is chic and had nice for a few wears but seems to quickly fall apart (like the seams are terribly made and constantly need to be restricted) and are not sturdy for the price.
COS is my go-to! Also Zara, Massimo Dutti and Everlane...
Been looking at everlane but their pants look so weird fitting!
MM.LaFleur – super chic, office-appropriate, and designed for women who move a lot during the day.
Everlane – minimalist, ethical, and great basics like structured tops and comfy-but-polished pants.
Nordstrom and get a stylist
I’m guessing you are used to more formal offices and are now needing to dress down? In what city/industry are you working? I like Equipment, Vince, Theory. And some Banana Republic. Plus dark denim (any brand) and black/blue loafers or black/white plain sneakers if appropriate. FSD1’s brand recs are great as well.
Can't really wear heels anymore and my formal wear in the EU was more to my taste and I can't get most of the stuff here. I hate everything I've seen at Macy's and all the older retail stores and I really want something more casual.
I'm in a major city in the Midwest and def see a trendiness i don't fully get.
I like puff sleeves, lace, etc and I am too old for that now 😭
Europe has more stylish/better quality clothes at good price points. I do like Athleta in the U.S.
Their pants never fit me well. My sister lives their stuff
Have you tried Nordstrom and their in house brands like Halogen and Nordstrom?
