Hey! Please guide me on how to switch from Deloitte India to USI?

Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment? I’m thinking about making the switch myself but I don’t have a digital background.

Anyone know if all the layoffs have been completed/announced yet? Honestly, I love my job and there's nowhere else I'd rather work. Want to know if I can exhale yet.

What are your tips on convincing a fellow employee not to switch agencies? I really don't want to compete with them

In my current company stuck in a project where there's no learning scope, no growth and work culture is toxic. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

What's with the probation period with Deloitte India? What's the rate of termination, if there are any, unlike the other firms (who have a probation but 99.99% of the employees are confirmed at the end of probation).
