Just 7 days are left in my notice period. But I'm receiving very less calls for interview from past 1 month. Generally people get lots of call during last month of notice period. Is it just me or anyone else facing this issue?

What is the current market worth of a security architect (cloud and application security) with 9.7 years of experience ?

Skillset: Application and cloud security architecture, threat modelling, SSDLC, secure design reviews, SAST (code review), DAST/pentesting, DevSecOps, cloud native security (microservices, containers, Kubernetes), etc.

She took documents on 23rd Aug and did salary discussion a week later. And giving shitty excuses like waiting for approval. Approver is on leave bla bla. I attended my interview and got shortlisted as well, I just got an email stating congratulations and send us list of documents !! After which When I try contacting the HR, he's not responding !! What do I do in such case !!

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. Can someone explain me the factors that are triggering it even when the world markets are in huge correction phase and we are also seeing layoffs and revoked offers.

How far should I negotiate the following offer?

YoE: 13.5 years
Offer: 52L fixed + 8L bonus
Role: Member of Technical Staff
Current CTC: 31L fixed + 3L bonus
