My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related. I got 2 offers one from HCL and another from LTIMindtree. I want to join HCL but they are yet to release offer letter but has given confirmation over mail.

For LTIMindtree I have received the offer letter and yet to accept the same, but they are soon staring background verification for onboarding as soon as I accept the offer letter.
