Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I agree with what was posted. An admin position is complex. I worked in education for years and you needed a BA to even be considered for that position. In healthcare, it all depends who u support, but generally ur relied on heavily, so the skillset takes time to acquire. If this is where u want to go, start in data entry or reception. Be a sponge… absorb /learn all you can. Build a network of colleagues and ask tons of questions. Be indespensible. You will get there
Being an AA is several steps up from data entry. It's very complex. You should do some research and see if you could do it. It's not an either/or type of thing.
